Our Infinite Curiosity is dedicated to transforming the way communities engage with ideas. By developing programs that feature collaborative educational experiences, interactive storytelling, and immersive, hands-on learning, we can revitalize community experiences, allowing audiences to disconnect from algorithms and reconnect to the profundity within our shared humanity.
From ideation to implementation within and beyond physical spaces, we work collaboratively to foster community-centric programming that reflects local voices designed for dynamic environments that encourage active participation. We believe in transforming passive experiences into engaging, enriching ones that inspire a deeper connection to our collective cultural heritage and a renewed sense of wonder.
Hugh Leeman started Our Infinite Curiosity to collaborate with cultural institutions to inspire 21st-century audiences. Leeman is a guest speaker, lecturer, and consultant. He regularly collaborates with cultural institutions, community centers, universities, and art museums. Leeman lectures at Johns Hopkins University and Duke University in English and in Spanish at Colorado State University; his lectures focus on the historical power of art to influence beliefs and the future of images' ability to re-engineer contemporary social constructs. As a guest speaker, his talks focus on the power of curiosity and creative communication to build meaningful relationships.
Leeman uses his art to engage social challenges while energizing community relationships. His first social art project focused on a five-year collaboration using Near Field Communication and the first iPhone to create micro self-empowerment business platforms for unhoused individuals. These public works have been documented through art and exhibited at the Museum of Mexico City. More recently, he used his art and community activism to co-found aetatribes.org. Currently, he is collaborating with diverse communities, using AI, oral histories, and narrative art-making to preserve familial knowledge.
If you're passionate about making profound ideas accessible and engaging for all to deepen our collective understanding of humanity, you're in the right place.
